Blocked: Defending and Extending Yourself

Join our 4-week Volleyball Sisters, inaugural class! Beginning January 16, 2021, we will meet every Saturday from 10 am-1130am EST to gain valuable insight into balancing student-athlete life, relationships (on and off the court), healthy transition out of sports, and preparing for success beyond the game. Each participant must be 18 and older. This 4 week event also includes a VIP package called "The Starting Lineup" which permits each participant with access a smaller group to ask questions and network before our l teammate meeting at 10:00am EST. "Starting Line Up" tickets are automatically included in Team Packages (up to 15 players).

Each week we will have candid and transparent conversations to empower you to DEFEND yourself mentally, emotionally, and spiritually, but also challenge you to EXTEND yourself beyond your comfort zone. We welcome both current and former female volleyball players! This will be an interactive experience so come with an open mind and open heart! Lets start the year off strong!!

Week 2: January 23, 2021

              Starting Lineup: 9:00 am- 10:00am EST

Week 3: January 30, 2021 

              Starting Lineup: 9:00 am- 10:00am EST

              Teammates: 10:00am-11:30am EST

Week 4: February 6, 2021 

              Starting Lineup: 9:00 am- 10:00am EST

              Teammates: 10:00am-11:30am EST

All participants will also receive a free PDF Handout that will outline each session's topics and prepare them for the session.

All participants must be 18 and older! Weekly Zoom links will be shared to all participants via email.
