Coach Marley's Youth Summer Agility & Strength Program

Ages 10–17 | July & August 2025

Coach Marley’s Youth Summer Agility & Strength Program is built for youth who are preparing for fall sports or simply want to stay physically active during the summer. This program combines physical training, mindset development, and nutritional support to give young athletes the tools they need to succeed—both on and off the field.

This program was inspired by Coach Marley’s own journey as a young athlete. As the oldest of three growing up in Alaska, access to club teams, summer camps, and private training was limited—not because it didn’t exist, but because it was expensive and often required out-of-state travel just to be seen by recruiters or participate in competitive leagues. Without regular access to structured support, Marley created her own hustle—designing her own workouts, studying drills from other sports, and training anywhere she could.

 

That commitment and creativity helped her earn a spot as a Division I volleyball player, and now she's using that same determination to build opportunities for the next generation of athletes as a certified personal trainer.

What’s Included in Each Registration:

  • Two workouts per week (60 minutes each — choose from group or 1-on-1)

  • Monthly session with our Registered Dietitian
    (a former collegiate athlete helping youth and families build healthy habits)

  • Monthly check-in with our Accountability Coach
    (a licensed mental health expert who works with athletes of all levels)

  • Customized monthly workout plan based on fitness goals or upcoming sport seasons

Training Options:

  • In-Person (come to Coach Marley)

  • Mobile (Coach Marley can travel to you — distance may affect availability)

  • Virtual (online sessions available upon request)

Program Structure & Packages:

🗓️ Free consultation required (must be scheduled by a parent or legal guardian)

Choose what fits your schedule:

  • Hourly sessions (à la carte option)

  • July or August Package – includes 8 sessions (2/week)

  • Full Summer Package – includes 16 sessions across both months (discounted rate)

  • Sibling Packages – discounted rate for multiple children in one household

This is more than a training program—it’s an opportunity for youth to learn discipline, build confidence, and be introduced to higher-level fitness and wellness in a supportive, age-appropriate environment. Whether your child is chasing athletic goals or simply staying active, this program is designed to meet them where they are.
