Join Marley and Coach Rees to discuss and identify transferrable skills that will support Black male athletes during their athletic journey and after their athletic career concludes. We will discuss and explore the concept of Athletic Identity for Black male athletes and how it contributes or distracts many players from recognizing their capacity for success. We will discuss team roles, sports affiliation, and the influence of behavioral and psychological patterns regarding finances.
